Begin intake formOur intake team reads every form and checks your NDIS plan details, goals and support needs.
Within two business days we'll phone to say hello, answer questions and arrange a meet-and-greet at our Activity Centre or in your community.
Together we build a service agreement and roster that fits your plan, your goals and your life.
